
什么是雇员补贴计划 (WSP)?
这是政府给予雇主在MCO的期间的工资补贴:
- 只限于薪金RM4,000以下并且有缴付EIS的雇员 (将给与雇主每位符合资格员工每个月RM600达三个月的补贴)
- 每间公司最多申请100名员工 (最多每月RM60,000达三个月)
- 相比一月份的月绩公司在二月分及三月份的月绩下降了超过50%(例如:一月月绩RM100,000; 2020年2月,3月月绩少过RM50,000)
- 雇主不能裁员,采用无薪假模式和强迫雇员减薪6个月 (从1/4 – 10/4)
2. 需要准备的文件
- PSU50 申报声明
- 经过管理层签署同意的销售或财务报表(证明销售减少50%或以上)
- 最多100人的雇员名单

What is Wage Subsidy Programme (WSP)?
This is a salary subsidy programme by government for employers during MCO period with following conditions:
- Employees who registered and contributed to EIS with salary below RM4,000. (RM600 subsidy for every eligible employee for 3 months)
- Maximum subsidy up to 100 employees for one company (max. RM60,000 per month for 3 months)
- Employers experiencing more than 50% decrease in their income for February and March if compare with their income in January.
- There is no retrenchment or imposing unpaid leave or forcing a wage cut for 6 months. (i.e from 1/4 – 1/10)
Documents needed:
- PSU 50 declaration form
- Sales or financial report signed by management (proof of decrease in company income)
- Employees name list (max. 100)
